Terms of Use

We are constantly working to improve our Services, so these Terms may need to change along with the Services. We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time. If we do, we will notify you by posting a notice on the selfinancial.co website, by sending you an email, and/or by other reasonable means. 

If you do not agree with the new Terms, you are free to reject them; however, that means you will no longer be able to use the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the changes are effective constitutes your agreement to the new Terms. 

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We will attempt to notify you of material changes, but we reserve the right to act without notice if needed. 

The Application is licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable basis, solely for use in connection with the Services for your private, personal, non-commercial use, subject to all the terms and conditions of these Terms as they apply to the Services. This license allows you to use the Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The Application may also be accessed, acquired, and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing, where applicable. 

These Terms apply to your use of all the Services, including the iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad applications available via the Apple, Inc. (“Apple”) App Store (the “Application”), but the following additional terms also apply to the Application: 

• Both you and Selfinancial acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and Selfinancial only, and not with Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the Application or its Content; 

• The Application is licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable basis, solely for use in connection with the Services for your private, personal, non-commercial use, subject to all the terms and conditions of these Terms as they apply to the Services; 

• You will only use the Application in connection with an Apple device that you own or control; 

• You acknowledge and agree that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application; 

• In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, including those implied by law, you may notify Apple of such failure, and Apple’s sole warranty obligation to you will be to refund to you the purchase price, if any, of the Application; 

• You acknowledge and agree that Selfinancial, and not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have in relation to the Application; 

• You acknowledge and agree that, in the event of any third-party claim that the Application or your possession and use of the Application infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, Selfinancial, and not Apple, will be responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such infringement claim; 

• You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties; 

• Both you and Selfinancial acknowledge and agree that, in your use of the Application, you will comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement which may affect or be affected by such use; and 

• Both you and Selfinancial acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary. 

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (Apple App Store) 

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes/App Store account at the time of purchase confirmation.   

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.   

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the renewal cost will be clearly identified.   

• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time in your App Store account settings after purchase.   

• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the Services until then.   

• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.   

• Prices for subscriptions may change over time, and if they do, you will be notified in advance and given the option to cancel before the changes take effect.   

• You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payment information in your App Store account to avoid interruptions in the Services. 

• Refunds for subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed by Apple and subject to Apple’s refund policies.   

Maintenance and Support

You acknowledge and agree that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the Application. 
Selfinancial Inc. is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Application, as required under applicable law or otherwise specified in these Terms. 

Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Selfinancial Inc. is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, that are not effectively disclaimed. 
In the event of any failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple’s sole warranty obligation to you will be to refund to you the purchase price, if any, of the Application. 
Beyond this refund obligation, any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure of the Application to conform to any warranty will be Selfinancial Inc.’s sole responsibility.
